I never used it myself, but I think it was something o do with unloading weapons that were in a bag that was positioned under another bag in your inventory. The ammo got taken out of the guns, but the guns were still full, so you could get unlimited ammo from them. WebAn average fight with a deathclaw in fallout 1.
