Draughty skirting boards
WebOk if you have a draft under the skirting then it's coming from the gap behind the drywall. If you want to REALLY fix it you have to remove the skirting and apply a special draught sealing tape (from 3M) to the gap between the drywall and the floor (not the boards, the actual concrete floor). You have to do it all around the room.

There was a big gap in both sides where it was particularly draughty which is now full of foam so hopefully should be all good or at least improved now. WebOtherwise I've had good experiences with Pinkgrip for adhesive. You'll likely need to have some sort of mechanical fix as well until the adhesive sets, or lots of heavy things to hold it in place - depends on the straightness of your walls! I used a cheapy nailgun for this, but again depends on what's behind the skirting.
