I went to Home Depot and bought screws that were 1/4" shorter and it worked. The IKEA screws would get 3/4 of the way in then just strip - hence, the 1/4" shorter version. If you are lucky, maybe you can get some epoxy or glue around the bolt inside of the TV to freeze it and then use locking pliers to remove the rest of the screw or drill it out.
