These items in TBC like Skullflame Shield and whatnot should be changed for the same good reason. Diamond Flask should have been changed in Classic and this Paladin heal scaling should be changed as well.
WebbThere is a Rare Shield in Classic that provides you with i think 30% increased block chance as a proc. The higher your block chance is, the more dmg SFS does. In addition SFS only proccs on blocks that are not FULLY absorbed. Which means, lowering your block value also helps immensly and increased the dmg of SFS further.
